Family Event

We had a family event and stayed at Karen’s property in OTR. It was great and plenty of space for Ann 12 of us. The house was clean and located next to a park, which the kids loved.

Great Location!

Frazier House is in a perfect location to see Cincinnati. Lots of restaurants and shops across the park. The Tram is right there to take you around OTR, and d see the City Center.Highly recommend.

Great location!

Right next to Washington park and all the great bars and restaurants. We went to the FC Cincinnati game and it was perfect! Awesome weekend in an awesome house. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had 7 of us in town for a football game. This was a great location for the game, food and drinks. Lots of space in the house and felt very comfortable during the stay. Thank you!

Great house, tons of unique character, location is fantastic, communication was perfect, cannot say enough. We loved the little outdoor patio for morning coffee, they thought of lots of little details. Highly recommend.

Our daughter was married at the Transept with a rehearsal dinner at Rhinegeist. So this was a great location to relax and recharge between events over the weekend of celebrations! Thank you!!

Great House

Karen’s place was perfect for our 3 families. It had plenty of room and was stocked with everything you could think of. Location was great. We were able to walk to everything in minutes. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Travelled with a group of friends for the weekend. We were all happy with the accommodations, which were comfortable, spacious and clean. We had a fire in the pit out back Friday night, which is an annual tradition. Loved all the goodies left on the table in the foyer upon arrival. Didn’t do any cooking, but there were lots of plates, bowls, cups and glasses of different types. All in all, a well-outfitted place. Loved the location—it was so easy to walk or ride the streetcar to the market or downtown to Fountain Square and the Banks. Cincinnati is a gem, and the Frazier House is a great place to stay during a visit.

Ideal Cincinnati Location

My group stayed at Karen’s property during Oktoberfest. The house was exactly as listed, clean, and centrally located for going out OTR and downtown. Karen was responsive to the group’s needs, and check-in/out were quick and easy. Overall great house for the weekend.

Highly recommend this property if you don't mind stairs. The streetcar was easily accessible, and the $20 parking fee was well worth having your vehicle safely parked next door. Great time was had by all. Thank you for the sparkling clean accommodation!

Blessing of a home!

My family flew in to Cincinnati from all over the country for a family wedding. The Frazier Guest house was perfect for our family. It is rare to find a home to accomodate all 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked of utensils to make dinner for all of us! Thank you Karen!

Perfect size & location for group

Four couples traveled to Cincinnati for a wedding from all over the country. The house was the perfect size with the perfect number of bathrooms for everyone to have plenty of space to sleep and get ready without getting in the way of anyone else. Karen was extremely accommodating and responsive, making suggestions for my group to enjoy our stay even more. House has a lot of character and we enjoyed the postings explaining the history of the place. Would definitely stay again if ever in Cincinnati!

Wonderful house in OTR!

My family and I stayed at Frazier House for a family celebration in Cincinnati. Beautiful kitchen and living room spaces and a one minute walk to Washington Park and the city metro. Perfect location to fully enjoy the city. Plenty of space for everyone in our family. We knew ahead of time that there were no bathrooms or bedrooms on the first floor. We managed fine with they layout, but guests with mobility issues will have trouble navigating the home. The only thing that would have worked better for our family is that if the room with the double bed was upgraded to a queen. Beautifully renovated and clean home in a great location. Will definitely stay again!

We came to Cinci for a family wedding. This was a perfect place for our adult kids, partners and us to stay. Coffee shops right around the corner. Farmers Market at Washington Park and the street car easily accessible! We parked at the lot next door which made parking super convenient.

Easy, fast check-in and amazing welcome package for our stay with coffee, drinks and snacks. The property was very clean. Short Uber to anywhere DT or to the riverfront. Walking distance to most of OTR, breweries, Findlay Market, and lots of food. We enjoyed our stay very much at Frazier House in OTR during our stay in Cincinnati.

Lovely and relaxing

We had an amazing weekend at the Frazier Guest House. It was so conveniently located and such a peaceful little oasis in the city. We walked to the park and to bars and restaurants and had wine in the lovely courtyard. We slept well and were very comfortable. Impeccably clean and beautiful with a well equipped kitchen. Hope to be back soon!

Team Reunion

Our Mount St Joseph 1986 women's volleyball team enjoyed a wonderful reunion and used this house as home base. We were welcomed with a wonderful snack and refreshment basket, plenty of towels and space as well as the ease of getting around town with the street car just steps from the front door. We had very timely responses to all our questions regarding parking and check in before arrival and everything was beyond our expectations.
