The stench of cat urine and filthy litter box can be smelled throughout the hallways and lobby. I left a bag behind by mistake and the irresponsible management claimed the bag was not there. I threatened to call the police and suddenly my bag magically appeared. Management is rude and will hang up the phone on you have an issue that needs addressed. Stay away from this place its a real dump

Stay at your own risk!!!!!! Bad Service and bath
this place is nice but it has one major issue...it has septic tank/ plumbing issues... Day two the toilet in my room started running randomly and then after flushing... jiggled the knob and that seemed to fix the issue.. .on my day of check out i woke up to the toilet over flowing with fecal matter and toilet paper when I had not used the restroom in hours....also i did not release my bowels onsite during this stay....I went down stairs and got a plunger and that did nothing i notified the staff and they did offer to put me in a different room but my check out time was in two hours....Also there is no one at the front counter ever. When i checked in i had to call the front desk to get someone to come to the front desk and during this bathroom issues i had to stand at the front desk and yell twice for about 5 minutes each time to get someone to the front desk
