"The thermostat was malfunctioning — and we had to call the front desk in the early morning hours. After turning the breaker on and off multiple times — and the front desk worker coming in to observe the unit, she told us we couldn’t be moved after requesting to relocate.
We had to call back multiple times downstairs until she finally was able to move us to the 5th floor. This was all in the late night/early morning hours and very inconvenient.

"This was our second stay at this hotel this year. We enjoyed it so much the first time, that we scheduled the second. :) The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. It's a great location for all the places we need to go when we're in Fremont. We'll stay again."

"The rooms were clean, you do have fast food near by if you chose to walk. Catherine ( she works the front desk) was amazing. When checking in she made sure i didnt have to wait long, while making sure i had a clean room. Its definitely better than what i expect i have to say! Thank you Catherine "
