In need of major upgrades. Carpet is filthy. Elevator is falling apart. Beds and pillows are not the best either. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hallways were extremely dirty. I understand it is a pet friendly hotel, but it seems that they have not washed those carpets in a long time. They had black spots all over. Our first room stank to dogs, again I understand that it is a pet friendly hotel, but they need to wash the carpets every now and then. There was a very visible booger on the bed skirt. We moved to another room on another floor. Same dirty hallways, room was a bit better, carpet was not as dirty and did not smell so bad. We had tickets to the Rolling Stones and did not have the time to find another hotel.

The carpeting needs to be replaced in the whole facility it is very worn and major staining throughout. The breakfast was terrible very few options either hard boiled eggs or waffles a few dried out bagels or cold cereal. The room was fairly clean but very dated. This is in need of a major face lift.

The hotel carpet was filthy. Trash in the halls. Elevator was filthy. It was not worth the money. The breakfast was catered to save money who gives children raisin bran cereal. The waffles were good. I don’t have my life on patronize that place again. Who was dogs running around the pool area?

I was asked stay at this location after a bad experience in March. It was represented "big changes" were made. As far as I can tell it got worse. The elevator continues to be broken, the only remaining one has issues. The rooms and carpets aren't being cleaned properly... The constant food shortages at breakfast on top of only serving foods for a specific religious sect... If you aren't into raisin bran, everything bagels, or waffles .. you're pretty much SOL... They run out of bananas (1 bunch a meal) yogurt (12 per meal) and cold hard boiled eggs (18).. regardless the number of guests.. and when it's out.. that's it. The nightly fiesta music and pot smoke make rest and professional meetings a joke.. it's probably time the La Quinta name came off and it be called a National 8 or something.. it's really gotten bad. I wish.. I really really wanted it to be better especially with its proximity to Tesla but ... Nope.

Arrived and had a great experience with the young man that was working 7/10-7/11 at the front desk in the evenings. Upon settling into the room we noticed hair along with smeared markings in the tub. We notified the front desk and the same young man helped us and brought cleaning supplies and disinfectant spray for the tub to be cleaned. Housekeeping has already left the premises, so I didn’t mind cleaning it. The next evening I observed a man knocking on random doors seeking to enter &shower. He was met with an immediate, you may not, as I continued on. The front desk was right on top of it! Remember a pair of slippers or slides. That carpet in those rooms are something else! Ewww! It is so necessary to have the best interests of your guests at heart. Well maintained carpets are extremely important and invaluable for sanitary purposes. Thank you! Be Well!

It’s not like how it use to be, the room was dirty, there were no extra beddings, towels was really in bad shape, one of the towel had a hole in it. The curtain had a blood stain. Not going back.if only they can refund my Money back

Hot tub NOT hot in fact only 90 degrees. Pool towels had to be obtained from front desk. Only one of two elevators in service. Only one of two ice machines in service. No conditioner in shower. Had to call to get some. Nice room. Bed comfortable. Nice climate control. Nice TV.

The manager of this hotel (Ms Rema) solved our problems, and we had many. Best customer service I have ever had in any hotel ever. I am usually a very easy traveler...stay leave - never need a thing. On this trip I was a complicated mess. I had kids, I had big monster truck with big monster pull behind camper. Total nightmare. The manager graciously allowed us to keep our monster camper in the parking lot while we stayed at her hotel. She actually unblocked a section of parking they keep closed off so that it would be easier for us to park the camper and keep it away from the other cars. On top of that she switched one of our rooms to a side of the hotel that we could see the camper outside our window. This was an upgraded room, but she didn't charge us. This hotel is run perfectly. Everything was clean, tidy. I guess they allows pets at the hotel which can be hard to keep up with, but her and her staff are on it. Just great people at this place. Rema explained her name means - demon slayer...and i can say she definitely slayed all our travel demons and we relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Fremont La Quinta Inn (Lansing road). Thanks Rema and the La Quinta Team.
