"Great location! We walked to the Jardim Morro, across the bridge and to Porto, but the team runs right by as well. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We did end up parking in the underground garage on our second night. I would recommend if you want to park there to contact the hotel first so they can tell you how to enter. "

"The hotel is far to the city centre and the breakfast and the restaurant were rubbish."

"The Breakfast was very good and fresh with plenty of options. Many types of pastries, fruits alternative milks. The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Douro Valley. The rooms had incredible views of the River. Rooms were spacious but were dated,they need a refresh. Bed was comfortable though. The area was good but you definitely need a car to see the rest of the valley and vineyards."

"The bathroom was in terrible shape. The driveway to the parking area was terrifying. The hostess was very kind, but the hotel did not meet our expectations. It was very noisy as well, it’s right on the street and there were lots of other guests coming and going until after midnight."
