Cinnamon Hill Golf Course Tours

I had a great stay except some staff is not as friendly and they stand around instead of asking the quest if they need or anything also the light skin bald security guard that worked Wednesday evening around 6p was one of the worst that Ocean Eden hired. He made me late for my dinner due to me not being aware of a waiver that is needed for my driver to pick me up. He never asked me anything as i waited for about 10minutes for me to have to ask him a question and then he tells me wait as he keeps taking phone calls and then redirecting me back to the desk clerks that are tied up with check ins. After about another 15minutes I went back outside and asked if he can help me or I was going to walk to the gate so I can leave because my dinner at this point is pass time. Not helpful at all and made my birthday experience horrible I was late and charged extra. I highly doubt I would be returning but outside of that my stay was good. Also Jacuzzi pool was very cold and dirty and full sand bees and tree parts. 7/10

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...
