“It was not clear when we booked this property that it was a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. We booked this property at the last minute and apparently the people who managed this property did not know we were coming. When we showed up, by chance the maintenance man showed up at the same time but he did not know we were coming. He tried the best he could to accomadate us and let us in. Since this property was in a residential neighborhood, we had to take a taxi to do anything, including……
