You're spoiled for sightseeing choice when staying in Kambos. Citrus Museum is a good place to begin here, but there are lots of other worthy places to consider. Karfas Beach, Castle of Chios, and Nea Moni Monestary Unesco World Heritage Site are near the museum and and will cap off your day nicely.
