Every staff member was very friendly and always said morning or hello when seeing us. Although parking is expensive, it is a lot cheaper in comparison to everywhere else in York. Our room was stylish and clean, however was boiling even with the fan from the wardrobe and with the window open each night, couldn't have imagined staying there during the heatwave.
