“Booked this hotel for husband staying in Brazil who is originally from this area having work done on his property. I am in the US. Booked on Expedia like I have always done for all my trips. Received receipt saying it was paid for in full. My husband arrived to hotel . Hotel staff said room wasn’t paid for which I sent the receipt right away. They gave him the key for the night. No problem. Next morning he had breakfast went to check out asked to have gate opened. Staff asks how he planned to……
