"Our arrival was very welcoming and check in was quick and smooth. The pool area was nice and inviting. Our room was very tired, no hot water and I didn’t want to sit on the couch. It looked very dindgy. The bed was ok but No Hot Water at all. Bathroom Very old. This property needs a major renovation. Breakfast servers were great. Food was ok. Dinner was very good. We had the Italian restaurant. More great service. 👍. This trip served our purpose as we had to fly back home and was a quick drive to the airport. Thanks again. K & R"

"Great place to stay the last night before we headed out! Good luck getting into the parking if you arrive in the afternoon due to the horrible traffic, we ended up parking on a side road and walking to it. The hotel was comfy and clean with lots of places to relax and nice to have a place to eat in the hotel since we were happy to stay in before our flight. Very easy and quick shuttle To the airport. Very friendly puppy to greet you!"

"The property is a bit dated but clean and maintained. The poolside area was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast buffet was great. There was a good variety of food options; fresh and tasty! The one thing that I would recommend is 24hr coffee service in the lobby area. We had a 5:50am shuttle pickup and wasn’t able to get coffee. I even popped into the buffet area to request a cup of coffee and was told that I needed to wait until 6:00am even though there were several employees there preparing for opening. "

"Very nice property with pretty foliage and landscaping. Some room decor and parts can use updating but nice, spacious and clean. Restaurant was great with many healthy options especially breakfast buffet. Amenities offer spa, gym, pool and casino. Executive lounge was an great addition. All staff were amazing. With complementary shuttle service, what more do you need. Store and other eating options walkable and nearby. Not walkable too much else I don’t believe. Will return."

"The nightlight by the bed had these tiny switches that we couldn’t find for a while which was very frustrating. Otherwise the room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet was abundant with various fresh fruits, baked goods and prepared eggs, rice, sausage, and potatoes."

"The parking garage was amazingly clean as well as the rest do the property. The desk agent was able to accept us over 2 hours earlier which was a lifesaver from driving all day from chachagua. Clean room and AC that worked tremendously. All the staff was very friendly, even the custodial staff were a delight. A wide variety of included continental breakfast and close to many attractions."
