"Beautiful cozy cottage. Perfect for a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The house is not really divided into seperate bedrooms so if privacy is a big issue for you be aware, however there are room dividers and it's very nice for family time. Wonderfully decorated like a Victorian revival cottage. We would love to come back and stay for a long weekend of coziness in the snow. "

"We stayed at this property with our 6- and 4-year-old and had a wonderful time. The cottage is super cozy, well-maintained, and modern—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. It had all the amenities we needed, which made our stay really comfortable. While you can’t swim at the beach on-site, the main beach is just a quick 5-minute drive away, which we found incredibly convenient. There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything was clean and thoughtfully set up. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat."

"Overall, we had a terrific time at the house. There are a few things that really need addressing before you would reach an excellent rating. The outside of the building facing the lake is in a terrible state, it needs a complete freshening up including repairs to the deck surface. A proper and safer way to access the beach would also be very welcome. We were unable to light the gas BBQ, we could smell the gas but it would not ignite. The striker mechanism did not work at all. Inside, the shower in the master bathroom could not be turned on, just the tub. The controls on the gas stove in the kitchen were difficult to use and very imprecise. The oven took a long time to heat up. You have a terrific place there but it needs to have some updating and some cosmetic work done before I would consider renting again.
