“Room was clean but the AC unit was very noisy made it hard to sleep. ”

“Location is good for access to all areas of town. It is also very close to a very busy street and the interstate off-ramp, so a bit noisy. There was very little warm water for showers (nowhere close to hot) - and we were told that it must have just been when everyone was taking showers. The time frame of the 3 showers among our group was over a 2-hour window. Clearly, this should be updated to be able to accommodate travelers.”

“Im sorry to say but it was one of the worst stays i have ever had !!!!! There was no TV There was no contental breakfest. There was no towls in the room . I asked for extra pillows because there was two tiny ones on the Bed and they could not provide extras. They where not Luxury rooms like advertised. The only good this was the beds are cunfertable and rooms where clean. ”

“I have 5 kids 4 of which are in travel sports, my husband travels for work, we both are also world travelers and I have never had anything stolen from my suitcase until now. The crazy thing is something told me in my head to take pictures of my suitcase’s belongings and I pushed it to the side, I’ve should have went with my gut! We were gone most of the day for a volleyball tournament, during that time my $200 Veja shoes were stolen from underneath my laundry bag. The housekeeper says she didn’t……

“Budget rate and property reflects that. Dated rooms but were clean and tidy. I would stay again if looking for a low priced room. Was safe area and in downtown convenient location. Only trouble was noise from loud fan of AC / heating unit and I’m a light sleeper. Couldn’t adjust fan to low speed when in heating mode. Ear plugs worked to allow sleep. ”

“It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep. The staff we did meet were very friendly and it was clean. We enjoyed our free beverage on the patio at check in. We were disappointed that there was no food left but yogurt and apples in the morning, long before……
