“Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly. Breakfast, restaurant food and service, housekeeping, room conditions were all……

“Nice room and nice breakfast. The only difficulty was we received some in correct information from one staff member about the availability of laundry service for a Sunday night. We took our laundry to be done and when it wasn’t delivered the next morning we called reception to find out about it. The individual we talked to was brisk in his responses and not very friendly.”
