I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……

“All the lights flickered because the plugs were not connecting properly maybe lose
The bed was very uncomfortable
There was water dripping out of the bathroom fan because of rain
One person had to handle all duties in the breakfast area
As a result food was not prepared for guests

“Clean hotel, modern, room was clean and beds were firm but comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Lots of options at breakfast, was pleased about that! Pool was very warm, sand at bottom near the deeper end - could use a cleaning! Also, found a cheerio on the floor in our room so a little more detail when vacuuming would be good! Overall pleased with our stay, would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.”
