“The house was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable. The house was well stocked. The hot water was out one morning, but the host had it corrected within an hour. There's a side door that can be closed off, we didn't even know he was there. Very responsive and kind! There's only one bathroom, which was a small inconvenience. But this was a great place for us and our two boys. ”

“We just left the property and all was well. Very clean. 10 minutes from Arch and Budweiser tour which we loved! The unexpected perk of receiving Botanical Gardens and Zoo tickets shocked me (you have to ask it’s not automatic and only upon availability) we will be returning without a doubt! The only thing please get an extension cord for by the bed/tv area. There’s no extra plugs for your phone, Apple Watch, etc. had to plug those in in the kitchen. No problem I just like my phone near me.……

“Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. “This house is just perfect, it’s close to downtown, SUPER clean and Joe was the best host! Love the small touches like the sound machines in the bedrooms and the air purifier in the dining area. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea and ALL the seasonings, bedrooms were cozy and I know it’s a small thing but the artwork and decor is great! Perfect space for our family of four. Looking forward to staying again in the future!”
