Combining the old and the new, the property comprises a historic villa that has been restored using modern building techniques that are in perfect harmony with the surrounding gardens and olive trees. An amazing sea view will not leave you indifferent and is certain make you feel relaxed while enjoying a meal or a coffee on the terrace. Add the peace and quiet of tranquil countryside setting and you have all the ingredients to guarantees a pleasant stay! Classic Estate Villa can accommodate 6 people. Children are welcome! The property is immersed in the greenery, enriched with a magnificent sea view. The Villa actually consists of 2 individual houses each with their own entrance. They are cleverly joined together giving total privacy. A rustic combination of wood and stone is used giving a pleasant feeling of warmth throughout the property. The first house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom with king size bed. The second house has ground floor and first floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a big terrace with magnificent view of the sea.
