Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good and safe. Walkable to restaurants. Breakfast was good and convenient. Room was clean, but the room and some furniture looks quite dated.

Excellent location, in a nice part of town with a couple of coffee shops, a very nice restaurant and a cocktail bar across the road.
Excellent breakfast and a very efficient concierge! Got us restaurant and Tango show reservations on the same day!

Check in and staff were wonderful, very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage while we toured the city. While the room was a bit tired, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Many thanks to the staff.

The room decor is "interesting". But, it's a great hotel with an excellent Italian restaurant and a top notch fitness center and spa. I would stay there again for sure.

The apartment was very nice. Had trouble getting in from the street as we booked last minute and late at night. Thankfully someone came along to enter and we got in. Main complaint was the incredibly rude and sulky 'receptionist' who checked us out. We were made To feel like a nuisance. If it wasn't for her I would have rated five stars.
