The place is looking rundown. Room was not cleaned well. Hallway carpet is not clean. Otherwise ok stay

What a nightmare from the beginning….Couldn’t enter the lobby - was locked. Another guest tried to let me in, the card couldn’t the door. You can’t use the elevator without swiping a card first… But the best part is the damage deposit, 250! They can’t refund it unless you’re physically there! I have never hear of this, I don’t live there and they kept telling me I have to go back for a deposit, from a credit card???? now they can’t do anything.. after a could days and a nightmare of call experiences, the best they can do is they claim to “send me a cheque” which is nuts… never had this issue before, stay away from this place or you will never get your security deposit back from this prison!

Nice property in a convenient location. Room was modern and comfortable with a beautiful river view. Parking was a disaster, though. We were charged for parking upon check in, but when we returned to the hotel after an evening out, there were no spots available. Checking in at the desk, I was told that the parking charge would be reversed, but that I needed to find parking on the street or elsewhere. Very inconvenient at 10:30 on a Saturday night.
