“The basement suite met expectations, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and modern amenities throughout, complemented by convenient parking directly outside. My rating is 4/5 only because I was notified an hour before my scheduled 7:00 p.m. arrival—four hours past the standard check-in time—that the unit would be delayed until 7:30 p.m. due to a late checkout. Everything else was great.”
