"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a fantastic place and the photos don't even do it justice. The only suggestions I would make is the King bed upstairs seems old and should be replaced. Also the incense air fresheners were strong and we had to put them outside."

"I received a call stating that I can do an early check in which was awesome. When we got here I was greeted by the friendly staff who remembered me from coming here in the past. I did encounter two problems, there was hair in the tub and someone that was either above or to the side of my room was smoking cigarettes with was annoying "

"Studio 9 has the best beds ive ever slept on. The room is equip with tv alongside roku so you can log into your streaming apps. Wifi is strong and can handle gaming. The floors are nicely remodel and done. The showers are excellent with clean fast heating water is always nice. Has refrigerator/microwave combo. Give their Cafe a shot forngood breakfast and try hit up Jennys Burgers 🍔 for a nice bite to eat. Staff is super cool and friendly: Ive lock myself out of my room and almost before cut off hours for help. The gentlemen open my door for me and help me out. I tipped good because they deserve more for what kind of quality they display. Way better than Motel 6. Parking is ample but can be packed if full occupancy. Its still workable and nice to sleep in a calm area of town. Thank you for making Trips to Fort Bragg more enjoyable. "

"Our room was nice and clean. The rooms are a bit dated but fairly bug for the rate charged. We stayed during a holiday weekend so the place was full the first night and we had no noisy interruptions. We checked in without problems. Our room was downstairs and as rhe name implies we had an excellent view if the waves and sunsets. There is a constant parade of walkers, cyclists, scooters, runners and pet owner/walkers right in front of the small sitting area facing the ocean but it is to be expected along the former railway/trail between Ft. Bragg and MacKarricher State Park. The view alone is worth trying this place out."
