"My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property."

"Wow! This property has everything. Host is extremely responsive. You will enjoy an outdoor oasis with secluded patios and fire pits. The coffee bar was adorable. There are so many cute details like the sweet alcove, the office under the stairs, and the little dog bed nook. The place is well stocked if you forget anything. Highly recommend! "

"All online pictures were a lie, completely edited. Pulled up into a not so nice neighborhood, which was not safe what so ever. Especially if a family with kids show up. Drug deals, cops, gun fires. Complete filth, roach in the tub. Stayed 15 minutes, packed up the car and left. Would expect a free refund, but they scammed the system. Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware. "We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard. We used extra days to explore some natural areas, awesome and I got to hang out with both my sons and DIL in a roomy house on a beautiful lake."
