*No street parking at any time, maximum of six vehicles.
*Absolutely no parties, or no visitors allowed above the guest count.
*No loud music or loud noise outside, house is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, home is equipped with noise monitoring devices to ensure this rule is met.
*Guest must present two valid forms of ID prior to receiving check in instructions.
*Violations of these rules will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refunds and $1,000 fine.
