No cable; don’t forget to log out before checkout. A great spot for work or relaxation!
This modern and sophisticated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers all the comforts of home, making it the ideal choice for your stay in Cleveland or nearby areas to visit friends or relatives, or simply for a memorable trip to create new life stories and memories!

◆ To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties/events, loud music, raised voices, or excessive noise are not permitted. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device that alerts us to excessive noise levels. Tampering with or attempting to disable this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.

👣 Please note that guests must navigate stairs to access the unit. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, as it`s considered a `garden apartment` partially below the main/street level. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. Access to the coin-operated laundry room on the 2nd floor requires climbing up and down a few flights of steps as well.
🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.
