First, I noticed that when entering the wing that my room was on, there’s definitely a need for some TLC. My room in particular had a very musty smell that was very irritating. The property was totally misrepresented on Expedia! The area outside the entrance was dirty, the lobby was worse. Before I would check in I asked to see the room. The hallways were dirty, there was a huge hot water heater in the hall appeared to be in use and leaking. i opened the door to the room and the smell was overpowering! The carpet was stained and dirty. I left, went to the front desk and told the clerk I would not be staying due to property conditions.
