"Lexy was awesome when I checked in. She was very personable and smiling when I was speaking to her. She even offered a spot up front for my son’s and my motorcycles without me asking (I always do but she beat me to it). The room was clean and the shower had nice pressure and a good shower head. If I’m overnighting in Rockford again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"Breakfast service was great and food was good too. Downstairs restaurant service was mediocre. Good cheese curds, burger was good but very greasy. Rooftop restaurant was cool, our server Michelle was nice! Front desk person was pleasant. Room was nice, beds comfy and super fluffy pillows. Decent water pressure in shower."
