“We truly loved this spot for our small family getaway. The host was so communicative and made it an easy process. The biggest and unexpected delight was the beach. There is a great little sand beach right on the lake and because the lake is shallow my kids could go in safely. “We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway.
