Bedding was very clean and the bed was wonderful. It’s a little dated but for the price we would definitely stay again.
This is an older facility, but from what I was told, the owners are making changes and doing some upgrades. The room and bathroom were both clean and it was quiet. The bath towels were big and fluffy. It is one story, and you are able to park outside of your room. There is a pet fee, but it was more reasonable than others in the area, and there are grassy areas to potty your dogs. There are restaurants nearby and also a Walmart. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay there again. They were full both nights that we were there.

It’s a decent place to stay. The room we stayed in had some updates-a new shower. It could still use to have some work done. Overall for the price it is what it is.
Room was small but clean and had everything you could want. Proprietors were very friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of TV channels. Would definitely stay there again if the occasion arose.
Easy parking in safe area convenient to interstate. Clean, comfortable bed and clean, functional bathroom. No amenities but cheap price for what a traveler truly needs. Close to many dining options.

Extremely nice owner! It’s an older place so it may look like not clean but it was clean and I had 0 issues there. Could use updated…smelt smoke from people smoking outside but overall a good stay for a week for the price
The room was clean ok bed and pillows room could use some repairs-cracked floor tiles, better dresser, bedding without cigarette holes breakfast was muffins-maybe add some fruit
It was a convenient place to stay. Close to restaurants, etc. Bed was comfy, staff very friendly. Place needed a good cleaning. All in all, would stay there again and know I was getting exactly what I paid for
The one thing that I liked about the room was a speedy check-in. I was able to come in and go straight to sleep because I had been on the road for a long time. And all I wanted to do was get to bed. The bed was clean, comfortable, and that was what I needed. The bathroom needs to be updated more, as does the little. Sink area, but otherwise it was cleaned. The refrigerator was clean. It was very cold.It was a great overnight stay
Impeccably clean. Check in was fast, location was convenient, shower worked great, and the bed was more comfortable than hotels we have stayed at that cost four times as much. Very happy with out stay!

Small room but clean. Both staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. At door parking. Decent option if you’re looking for low cost lodging. Similar to Motel 6.
The room was clean and had all of the amenities however the combination AC / heat didn't work, and there was only a sheet and a thin bedspread. I would stay there again if the heat was fixed.
The property is older but the room we stayed in looked like it has been updated. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. We were in the area visiting family so only needed a place to sleep. Breakfast offered but we did not take advantage of that offering. Short drive to places to eat, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Aldi's and gas stations. Also close to the highway to get to KC fast. The stay was nice and just what we needed.

Old style front entry motel, cold breakfast
Not what we expected from the rating. Old style front entry motel with only a minimal cold breakfast, which was not noted in the listing. First room they have us was small and smelly, but the manager was helpful and gave us a room that was bigger and nicer.
Let me start by saying, this was a last minute stay for us, so there weren't many options. The desk guy is nice a person but hates his job. So he'll greet you but then tell you that he won't be there, so good luck if you need anything after check-in. The motel is located by a busy, noisy road. So, it's loud. The room was dirty. Scuff marks and poorly patched holes on all the walls. Hair in the tub. Poop streaks and cigarette ashes in the toilet. Pretty gross. Definitely not a place you want to walk around barefoot. The heat worked well, so there's a plus. The bed and pillows were comfy and there weren't bed bugs, but a cockroach did crawl across the bed just as I was about to fall asleep. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much. The breakfast consists of 2 kinds of cereal and the smell of smoke, so if free breakfast is part of why you choose a place, this isn't it. Overall, if you just need a cheap place to sleep, this will do. You get what you pay for.
