“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. “We absolutely loved our stay! Mark was quick to reply to messages and very communicative. The house was stocked with everything we could imagine needing- from games and activities to kitchen supplies, coffee, ziplock bags, laundry soap, you name it, this house had it stocked! The home itself was immaculate and the kids loved the hot tub, paddle boat, and kayaks. One thing that did come as a surprise was learning that the owner lives in a separate apartment above the attached garage. We were only……
