"Went down for a family reunion. Desk noted other reservations with the same list name. I explain they where relatives and that one was for my mother who would not arrive for a couple hours. Also came up that she needed a walker. A few minutes later the desk clerk called to let me know my mother was in a second floor room and they where full. Asked if I wanted switch with her as I had a first floor room. Really thought he went above and beyond."
