We even tried to buy cold, no cook foods and found no useful dishes. A moldy, coffee pot. She told us we could leave, which we did after one night, but as of yet, no refund. We paid for a month. "I stayed there for 13 nights during a move to Panama. A real nice family run business. It was a great experience. The property is very well kept and super clean. The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. Can’t say enough and I would certainly recommend AIRES FRESCO to my friends and family. "

Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team.""
