The apartment has a fresh beach look. Perfect for couples and small families (equipped for up to 4 persons). This apartment has a separate kitchen. You share the pool and lush garden with the other 2 units. Use the free kayaks to explore the river and see dolphins or manatees. It consists of It consists of •1x bedroom with king-size bed, storage space, and wardrobe •1x living room with a couch that converts into a queen size bed (suitable for one adult or two children), dining space, flat-screen TV with satellite TV, •1x kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, ´dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, and crockery for 6 people, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, •1x bathroom with bath shower combination, towels, beach towels •1x open balcony with direct view of the Banana River and BBQ •1x pool (shared with the other 2 units) If you are planning to stay at our apartment with more than 4 persons please do not hesitate to contact us: it is possible to rent the other 2 apartments in the house in addition to ours. \*\*\* This apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building consisting of 3 apartments. Explore the Banana River from our lush garden with our 2 kayaks or go fishing. \*\*\* It is only a 3-minute walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean with its extensive beaches which invite you to go walking or surfing. You will usually share the beach with only a few people. For more entertainment bars and restaurants are close by - many with direct beach or riverfront seating. \*\*\* You are in a perfect location for many entertaining activities. Orlando is only a 60-minute drive away with the world-famous theme parks and shopping malls. On the horizon, you can see the world-famous Kennedy- Space-Center which is very interesting to explore. \*\*\* Since Cape Canaveral with its huge cruise ship harbor is only a 20-minute drive away be our guest before or after your cruise. \*\*\* The apartment has all the essential amenities like AC (central) and free WiFi. You will have the full apartment for yourself. You will share the pool and spacious gardens with the tenants of the 2 other apartments. Cocoa Beach with its gorgeous beaches and pleasant water temperatures offers ideal conditions for all types of water sports or just for relaxing. Cocoa Beach offers an extensive variety of restaurants and entertainment. Among others, one must mention the numerous golf courses, the Pier, and the many shops such as the biggest Ron-Jon-surfshop in the US. It is only 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 2.5 hours to Miami International Airport. The large cruise ship port in Cape Canaveral is only 20 minutes away. \*\*\* Free parking is available at the apartment. The bottle opener with the catch "bucket" below it was pure genius! lol The owners were very helpful with questions before our stay and called during our 2nd day to check on us (after some confusion upon checking in). The distance to the beach was great (1/2 block then across the street) and it's located on the quiet end of Cocoa Beach so it was perfect for a couples getaway. My only complaint with the property as a whole was it needs landscaping work...badly. Some parts hadn't been weeded in quite some time and would improve the look of the property tremendously as it looks very overgrown right now. The lawn has been mowed but that appears to be the only type of yard work done this summer. The pool is well kept and clean, our unit was very clean as well. On a side note....the orange kayak takes on water so be careful if taking that one out....bring a cup! :) But would definitely stay here again.....and we did see several dolphins in the Banana River swimming by! ##### RACHEL C. There were a couple cleaning snags(hair in bathroom and large crumbs on kitchen floor) but nothing that made me feel like the apartment hadn’t been cleaned-just a couple missed spots. My wife and me and our 13 year old daughter on our side. The view was amazing, sunset, manatees, dolphins, crabs, horseshoe crabs, etc. Ocean, just across the street, easy walk and very private. ##### Steve B. We had the best time at dolphin Bay! The property is exactly as the description and pictures in the listing. One of the things I loved about this unit is that they utilize every part of the space effectively! It’s only a 1 BR but we had NO issues with space and storage. We loved being on the water and the beach is literally across the street. We saw dolphins in the bay every day we were there. We liked going out and exploring Cocoa Beach, but we enjoyed hanging out at the condo just as much, if not more. I am definitely planning to stay again in the future. This was a great property to stay in the Cocoa Beach area, and only a short walk across the road to the beach access. The property had a shared pool that was nice as well. We enjoyed the fantastic view of the Banana river and access to kayaks to use included in the stay. THe unit was clean, but you can hear your neighbors somewhat through the walls, which was mentioned in other reviews as well. Ended up not being a major issue though and we really enjoyed our stay. May 31, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Comfortable stay on the Bannana River The best thing about this apartment is the location on the Bannana River. We loved looking for wildlife there, espeically at night. We saw 1 adult manatee, dolphins, lots of comb jelly fish, lots of baby jellyfish, misc crabs and fish. The apartment has a stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The bed is firm & comfortable. The on site washer and dryer is a huge plus. The maintenance man is helpful and friendly. The owners are responsive - we had some trouble with the neighbors and the owners got back to us immediately. The beach is a short walk away but there isn't a crosswalk and it took a lot of patience to cross. This section of beach was very clean & never crowded. We were unlucky enough to vacation while it was windy, which brought in Portugese Man o War, keeping us out of the water for a few days. Both stand up paddleboards were missing the fin, making it difficult to steer (they were usuable, but for a longer paddle we rented boards up the river). We were able to paddle out far enough to get close to a pod of dolphins so even without the fin we appriated having them. We didn't use the kyaks. Overall, I would recommend this for vacationers to Cocoa Beach. ##### Jennifer K.
