“Good location and across the street from the beach. The condo is well furnished with paper products, dishes, and seasoning. It was also very clean. The only downfall was not having our parking space available a couple times over the weekend. ”

“Very nice outdoor area to eat and the grill was very functional and clean. Laundry very convenient. We enjoyed easy access to the beach too! A little thing: TV volume couldn’t be adjusted with either remote and was down so low we couldn’t hear it.Barely watch tv anyway, but wanted to let u know.”

“Apartment was advertised as sleeps 4, however there was only one queen bed accommodating 2 people. There was provided a portable mattress, extra bed sheets and a pillow, but no comforter. Regardless, if apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, owner should provide a bed or a pull out couch/chair to accommodate the count of quests. Apartment feels run down. floor was dirty on arrival. Chair was very dirty to a point where we would not choose to sit. Portable mattress was stained. Shower was updated,……

“Our hosts were wonderful catering to all of our needs. The beach is 1/2 block away which is a great plus. Cocoa beach is a much recommended getaway especially since we stayed 3 months. The only negative is that the second floor apartments are not fully carpeted which is a consideration when booking the upstairs apartment. The noise was a constant issue ”
