“Clean room great location ”

“Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and had some concerning issues.The unit appeared much nicer in the listing than in person, and there were noticeable air leaks that made it uncomfortable. The noise from the upstairs neighbors was also very disruptive throughout the night, with constant loud movement that made it difficult to sleep.More importantly, the lock did not work consistently, which raised safety concerns during our stay. That was especially unsettling and something future……

“This was a beautiful place to stay. We did have to walk down the road a short way to get to the path out to the beach but we really enjoyed our stay. There were snacks in the refrigerator and a gas grill outside that we would have used if we had stayed longer. Thank you for the nice place to stay. ”

“Our hosts were wonderful catering to all of our needs. The beach is 1/2 block away which is a great plus. Cocoa beach is a much recommended getaway especially since we stayed 3 months. The only negative is that the second floor apartments are not fully carpeted which is a consideration when booking the upstairs apartment. The noise was a constant issue ”

“Quick stay for cruise the next day. Wonderful property, the only thing i did not expect was how it was right on the street. Otherwise it was great! ”

“The unit was clean and bright and within walking distance of the beach, shops, and some great bars. The management company is very easy to get in touch with and helpful. I would stay again!”

“the listing looks like the dock is private when in fact it's shared with the other units which was unclear. The bbq area as well as the porch of our unit either didn't have seating or only 1 chair so it was hard to enjoy the outdoor area. The unit was clean but had a very heavy odor of something when we arrived and bedroom blinds don't offer much privacy and curtain rods are falling out. Lack of a kitchen table was also odd. the unit served it's purpose but would not rebook if we returned. ”
