- Luna and Sol are one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.
