Perfect Getaway Apartment

The property was very clean and well maintained, with good towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and an unbrella. The oceanfront balcony was a great spot to relax and watch space launches. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable.Check-in and -out was a breeze. There are luggage carriers to bring your supplies up in the elevator, and a keyless entry into the apartment. The owners sent a very detailed email with everything we needed to know about the apartment and our stay.The mechanics of the apartment worked well (a/c, fans, appliances), and the building itself appears to be well maintained. We liked that there was some covered parking, An outdoor covered lobby on the main floor (with television) and the rooftop deck were very pleasant.We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

This place was beautiful and had lots of extra amenities available. Rooftop access is perfect for space launches and watching the sun rise or set. The back patio window was gorgeous for looking out to the ocean. The communication is great and they will keep in touch. They are very responsive. This building is right next to the pier, so it was perfect for grabbing drinks or dinner. The building itself has a pool and a shed with other amenities in it, like corn hole and shuffle board. There’s lots to do!The only thing was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, but when I was looking at reviews before staying, someone had mentioned the same thing and I think the owners were replacing it. We just didn’t get to experience the new couch sadly haha. There are signs of wear and tear, like with the pots/pans and some of the furniture, but this place was perfect for me and my family vacation!

Lovely location, tired sparse furnishings.

Property in great location although multiple nearby restaurants were mediocre, expensive, too touristy. Condo listed to accommodate 6 ppl, living room uncomfortable for our 4 adults. Sofabed couch lumpy with makeshift cushion covers that kept coming off. I was embarrassed to provide such ill-conditioned furniture. We ended up just sitting on the dining room chairs and floor. I had to run ALL the drinkware and plates, and ALL the silverware, most utensils, as they were greasy with crusty food bits. Bedrooms and baths were great.furniture.

Wonderful place and location

We have been staying at Chateau by the Sea for many years. We love it! My only issue was that the Pier was closed due to weather even when sunny and beautiful outside. Whoever is running the pier is doing a poor job. That pier is awesome and for many years, we enjoyed it.

Florida getaway

Short notice trip, very happy we found this place. Beautiful beach view from our 5th floor balcony. We were lucky to be able to see 3 rocket launches in 3 days, including one night launch. Overall a great property in a great location

Will Definitely Be Back!

Our stay was just perfect. Kitchen had what it needed to keep food costs down, everything you could want to do outside of beach and pool time was an easy walk or drive, the beach was clean and not overcrowded, the pool was fantastic, and the view from the balcony was worth the price itself. Rooftop view was an extra bonus. I wish the bedrooms were brighter and the beds a bit more comfortable, but in the end it doesn’t matter because the living area was perfect. Property manager touched base via email and I knew we’d be taken care of if needed- but we didn’t need anything! 10/10 would recommend!

Nice condo

The condo is exactly how the pictures show it is. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The view is amazing. The pool area is great. Beach access is perfect. The kitchen has just about everything you need to make food. The bedrooms are closer to the hallways and the walls are a tad thin which created some noise issues after hours with some noisy neighbors and the nearest unit's door being slammed due to air pressure and them not preventing it from slamming. Having an after hours number to contact and respond for non emergency (noise issues) would be a great addition. Additional beach chairs and expanded livingroom furniture would be ideal given that it is a two bedroom unit. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. Just need to work on controlling the neighbor noise primarily after hours.

Wonderful Vacation

I can’t say enough how wonderful this vacation was! The property was in a perfect location, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property managers were GREAT!! They checked in to make sure everything was going well. When we had an issue with a TV they resolved the issue within a couple hours. They were very professional and kind. We will definitely be back! Chateau by The Sea -Cocoa Beach- great stay!

First impression is the property manager takes great pride in ensuring the place is clean and presentable. We stayed on the 5th floor- ocean front. The 2B/2B was spotless upon arrival. Thank you to the housekeepers. The view is stunning, which is what attracted me initially. The building itself is well maintained. Freshly painted in appearance, nicely manicured grounds. Advertised heated pool really is heated. We had three 75 degree days and two 60 degree days. The heated pool made it very comfortable with both types of weather. Grills for common use were high quality as was all of the patio furniture. The roof top sitting area was so new and fresh, great seating, fantastic 360 degree views of Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas. We had a front row seat for a SpaceX rocket launch! The unit is well equipped, from paper goods, to towels and linens. There were multiple beach items for use. We had the most amazing property manager to work with, Zareh! We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, response time and exceptional customer service!! There were some minor issues that occurred and Zareh took care of them immediately, no delay, no excuses and had follow-through to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This complex has a fair number of short-term rentals, some guests don't seem to treat the place they stay with the best respect and Zareh fixed those issues as well as having a stellar maintenance staff to fix the everyday wear and tear things that needed a fast repair. We have rented from other properties in several locations and have never been treated so well!! Thank you Zareh and team!

Th perfect place

Booking the property is really easy and straightforward. It's a lovely place to stay, just 2 along from the pier. It's very clean and comfortable and has everything you need to cook if you want to. Washer and dryer if needed too. The view from the balcony is fabulous and great to watch the cruise ships sail out. There are lots of places to eat and drink short distances away..my favourite just sitting at boardwalk bar watching the surfing while eating an amazing grouper sandwich. Historical Cocoa Village is a short drive away, a lovely place to wander round, shop or eat. I I like this place so much, it was my 3rd time coming over from the UK.

Can't wait to go back!!

We just returned from a 2 week stay at Chateau by the Sea. We loved it! The view of the beach was amazing and the location was ideal! We were within walking distance to several restaurants or a short uber ride away from others. The unit was clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds and pillows (which is always a concern when staying at a rental property)! One of the biggest risks of renting is if the management company isn’t responsive and Stay in Cocoa Beach went above and beyond our expectations. There were no major issues but they were responsive, courteous, and helpful with any questions about the area, attractions, and restaurants. Can’t emphasize enough how timely and helpful they were. This was our first time in Cocoa Beach and I can’t say enough good things about the property and the location. We highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying there again!
