HEATED POOL / HOT TUB: Pool is heated seasonally from April to late October most years. Depending on weather conditions, it might be too cold to swim even during these months. The pool measures 16x32 feet and has a depth ranging from 3 feet to 9 feet. Pool flotation devices are not provided; swim at your own risk. Pool with diving board and ladder entry. Sundance Spa Hot Tub, McKinley 6-7 adult seat version, installed March 2025.

Full-size washer and dryer, Gain detergent, Gain fabric beads, Gain dryer sheets.

KITCHEN: Cook up a storm with all the essentials, including a hand mixer, toaster, hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, Instant Pot, electric griddle, food processor, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), and a full array of cookware, bakeware, utensils, glassware, and serving dishes. Stocked with coffee, tea, spices, oils, and basic supplies for all your culinary needs.

LIVING ROOM: Couch, loveseat, armchairs, electric fireplace entertainment center, lamps, living room tables, and basket of fleece throw blankets. 60" TV offering online streaming—sign into your accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.). Coloring books, art supplies, board games, puzzles, and group activities. High-speed Spectrum internet with WiFi. Desk with rolling chair, office supplies.

DINING ROOM: Table with seating for 8.

BACK PORCH: Outdoor loveseat and chairs, coffee table, 46" TV, entertainment cart, electric candles, ceiling fan.

OUTDOOR SPACE: External security cameras on front door facing street, above garage door facing street, and backyard where pool and hot tub are located; no interior cameras. Half bath at pool includes toilet, sink, and pool towels. Fire pit table with Adirondack chairs. Propane grill. Patio furniture: lounge chairs with adjustable backs for sunbathing, end tables, outdoor dining table and chairs for 6, with collapsible umbrella and large umbrellas for shade.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Conveniently located just 19 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, 30 minutes from Spokane, and 11 minutes from Triple Play. Within blocks of Kootenai Health and less than a mile from Trader Joe's, Riverstone shops and restaurants, North Idaho Centennial Trail, and North Idaho College campus. Enjoy a short 2-mile drive to McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, and Downtown CDA Sherman Drive. Honeysuckle Beach on Lake Hayden is just 12 minutes away for a perfect day by the water.

Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $200 per stay
- Allowed Pets: Small-breed dogs only. Larger breeds require prior approval.
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.

Unapproved late checkouts:
Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.

These include, but are not limited to: late checkout beyond the agreed time, damage to property, furnishings, carpet or linens, excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover, excessive cleaning of the hot tub and/or pool due to misuse or neglect, unapproved or undisclosed pets, smoking or vaping indoors, missing items (such as towels, remote controls, or keys), unauthorized guests or events, tampering with security or safety devices, unauthorized use or misuse of amenities (such as the hot tub or pool), and excessive trash or failure to follow posted trash guidelines.
