The Loft in Bellerive

  • A cozy upstairs loft minutes from Riverstone shops, the Spokane River and downtown Coeur d’ Alene. Centrally located, this small but stylish space is perfect for a couple’s getaway or solo traveler ready to enjoy endless local activities.


    A one queen bedroom studio located upstairs, above a 2 garage available to guests.

    A kitchenette that includes a small fridge, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker and fully stocked for two.
    Full fridge and freezer available in garage for additional space or extended stays.

    Unit has a mini split system for cooling and heating to stay comfortable.

    A large comfortable couch with smart TV. We provide two TV trays to enjoy for dining. Drawers and space for clothing and luggage racks for storage.

We had a wonderful stay! The garage was especially convenient for charging and securely storing our e-bikes, and having the Centennial Trail right outside was perfect.The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped, with a comfortable bed, a great kitchen, a lovely bathroom, and a washer and dryer. When the coffee maker stopped working, Virginia responded immediately and delivered a new one.The location was ideal for hiking, biking, and walking along the river and around Coeur d’Alene. We even saw a moose, frogs, snakes, and plenty of deer! Virginia also made our anniversary extra special by allowing us to relax by the fire on the porch of the main house.We missed the paddleboard and kayak rental season and the Hiawatha Trail, so we’ll have to return. Be sure to try the pizza across the street—we went three times!The only additions we would suggest are a lighted makeup mirror and a full-length mirror. You know we always need that final fit check before heading out the door. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we will definitely be back!
