“The bedsit was very tidy and equipped with all the basic accessories you might need.However, there is no kitchenette sink, which means dishes and glasses must be washed in the same room as the toilet. “The unit was clean sanitary wise, how ever there is alot if dirt on walls which need maintenance. The host was good to work with and the area was great. One point that I did not see mentioned when I booked the place was all the stairs and no lift. At my age and health that would have been nice to beforehand.”

“When I was looking for a place to stay in Coffs Harbour I wanted a kitchen, king size bed, washing machine,and parking on site. This place advertised all four of these things along with a barbecue. After I paid I received an email stating I could not park on site nor could I use the barbecue. After we arrived late in the evening, I realized there was no kitchen and no washing machine. “Everything was perfect! Communication with Belinda was seamless, the unit was excellent, and the location was outstanding! For the value, this is the best property I’ve stayed in. The complimentary coffee, access to laundry (with detergent available in the unit), and all the other common amenities.
