“The stay was nice but we were a little upset because we needed extra towels and rags and they were out if rags and said none will be available until the next day and we had to use hand towels. This was unacceptable. Everything else was great other than that one complaint.”

“I reserved an ADA room and we got a standard room. When walking into the room there was a strong smell of cleaner chemicals. There was also mold on the ceiling above the bed. We immediately left and went to another hotel.”
