“Our recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. Throughout our visit, we encountered an unacceptable level of customer service, highlighted by extremely unfriendly treatment from the receptionist. Upon requesting a room change, the receptionist responded with inappropriate laughter rather than assistance. Given these circumstances, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to future guests.”

“Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected……

“The staff was very accommodating and reminded us of old bed and breakfast places from years ago. They even had our breakfast ready early so we could get away early. If we come to Portugal again, we’d come back. Also, great restaurant recommendations.”

“距离Pena 宫 ，Roca角近，适合自驾”

“This is, without question, the worst place I have ever booked. The property is advertised as a hotel, but in reality it is a private home that bears no resemblance to what is being advertised. I felt completely misled. Getting there is a nightmare. The road is virtually impassable, and unless you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle or a quad bike, you are likely to struggle just to reach the property. This is not made clear in the listing. Once we finally arrived, we were met with obvious damp……

“We appreciated Carlos’s hospitality and tour of the premises. The location was excellent and peaceful with beautiful garden and swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable.”

“This newly rebuilt small complex is 5+ years old thats sits on the ocean. Quiet. Romantic. Near restaurants. Great breakfast. Absolutely loved it here. We stayed the day in the loungers and absorbed the view! As we left the owner appeared to say thku after our two nights here. Yes will be back.”

“The hostess/desk clerk was so helpful and pleasant. She gave us great tips about the area.”

“Grande chambre et salle de bain , cachet de l’hôtel, très bon déjeuner. Belle piscine avec chaises longues.”
