Staff was courteous, though it was quite a while before he responded to the bell rung at the desk. Because the parking lot was full, we were directed to the overfull parking - no lighting to get there. To enter the building from there, a couple of teens sitting in the dark kindly showed us how to get to the entry door.

The townhouse was perfect for our needs and the location and property were fantastic- but it is pretty outdated for the costs. Our only drawback was the pullout couches were horrendously uncomfortable and you could feel all of the springs/ the metal frame underneath on your back. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Sadly the indoor pool and hot tub were out of commission when we visited but it was nice enough still that the outdoor ones worked perfectly. The cleaning staff were helpful in getting us what we needed and when we arrived our townhome was missing a bunch of kitchen stuff and the staff brought them over right away. It also kind of sucked to be charged a parking fee per car when you had a driveway and garage to park them in

Great room, spotless property and excellent staff.

Hotel staff was great .The room was as far away from the front desk and entrance as possible. I wonder if this is the Expedia block of rooms. It was really small ground level with a thin window that didn't have a lock so could be opened from the outside though only about 3 inches until it hit the slide locks. The window opened to the back alley. I know the hotel was not booked up at all so not sure why we got this room. The hot tub was closed for renos though that was not mentioned when booking online.
