Al Boschetto – Umbria Tuscany SPA holiday house Description:
There are 3 buildings: Mora, Rosa and Noce.

Mora
It is a building which consists of two floors plus a third mansard, large rooms finely furnished, one of which features a large window overlooking the garden.

A large covered and equipped panoramic terrace allows you to dine while admiring the sunset behind the hills next to the beautiful swimming pool. Relax and wellness with charm in this that is more than just a farmhouse or a country house.

With the two covered porticoes and the wood-burning oven, which brings you back in time, you will find a perfect balance of space to live in contact with nature and really get away from today’s busy life.

You will savour the pleasures of life in a rarefied atmosphere in distant horizons.

Mora is equipped with a beautiful pool (7×14 mt), 4 double bedrooms plus another sleeping place on the mansard and 4 bathrooms (all with shower); it has also a wide fully equipped kitchen and a living room, a porch, a veranda and a garden with barbecue and a wood oven.

Rosa
It is a two-story farmhouse plus tower, which has 4 double bedrooms, an independent suite and 6 bathrooms (5 of these have all the shower, while one is an half bathroom).

It is also has a spacious kitchen and a living room, a pool (6×12 mt), a porch, a veranda and a garden with barbecue and a wood oven.

Noce
It is the smallest farmhouse of the complex and it is a real gem: the finishing touches and the design of the spaces are extremely accurate.

The structure is comfortable and welcoming with a circular pool with whirlpool, for your well-being.

It is a small one-storey farmhouse with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with shower), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.

Furthermore a porch, a circular swimming pool with hydro massage 3 mt covered in winter and a garden with barbecue.

The complex has a Wellness Center available exclusively to guests.
It is equipped with: heated whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, massage chair, treadmill, spinning bicycles, rowing machine, step, universal weight machines.

In addition, the property features a professional industrial kitchen and a dedicated dining hall with seating for up to 30 guests, ideal for lunches, dinners, and special events. While the indoor hall accommodates 30 people, the overall capacity can be extended thanks to additional seating available outdoors.
