It lies in the Municipality of Collazzone in the Province of Perugia and it is far about 10 km from Todi, 30 km from Perugia, 40 km from Assisi and 50 km from Lake Trasimeno. This is the perfect place to enjoy your relaxing holiday in the heart of Umbria! Noce – Umbria Tuscany SPA house for rent Description: To explain: In the property there are 3 buildings: Mora, Rosa and Noce. Noce is one of the smallest farmhouse of the complex and it is a real gem: the finishing touches and the design of the spaces are extremely accurate. The structure is comfortable and welcoming, it has a circular pool with whirlpool, for your well-being. It is a small one-storey farmhouse with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with shower), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, a porch, a circular swimming pool with hydro massage 3 meters covered in winter. In addition a garden with barbecue. Most important: The complex has a Wellness Center available exclusively to guests. It is equipped with: heated whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi, massage – chair, treadmill, spinning bicycles, rowing machine, step, universal weight machines.
