“When i tried to make reservations I was told the dates were no longer avaliable, so i booked another property. 2 days later i have an email saying my reservation was axcepted. I called the property manager to be told there was nothing they Coyne do. I should have washed a few days before making another reservation. In which case i would not have been eligible for a refund at all. Dont book with them. ”

“We have had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Walla Walla while attending the Little League State Tournament. With multiple teams and dozens of 10–12-year-old boys staying here, the hotel has been incredibly busy, but the staff has handled everything exceptionally well. Every staff member has been friendly, patient, and professional. They understand that excited kids are going to be energetic, but they’ve done a great job of keeping things under control while still making……

“Very pleasant hotel, clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful - even let us check in when we arrived at 11:00 am (that is unheard of!). We saw the Jelly Roll concert at the Wine Country Ampitheatre which was just a few blocks away. Would definitely stay here again!”
