“The Hero is great for a romantic getaway with spa services. The jetted tubs in the rooms are enormous. The ambiance is cozy. The free breakfast includes eggs made to order. The massages are awesome. We will be back.”

“Had to come up to Seattle for my daughter's university graduation. Because it was also a World Cup match weekend, the hotels (FIFA) were gouging and hotel prices insane. I was happy to have found this property in Capitol Hill at a reasonable price since it was walking distance to my daughter's dorm. Because I normally stay in hotels in the area or the airport, I was slightly anxious that I was going to be staying at a bed and breakfast tha I hadn't done so in so long. I WAS SO GLAD I STAYED AT……

“Overall it was a nice place to stay with helpful staff. Though the worker was new, she didn’t have anyone training her in, and still did a nice job. The exterior of the property is pretty old and in need of updating, but the house is super charming in that Victorian style. Our bed was comfy—bathroom was extremely small. I had to look under a chair for a dropped item and I could see it needs to be cleaned, and then I noticed more spots that need deep cleaning. The breakfasts were really good!……

“This property exceeded our expectations in every possible category. The house is stunning and meticulously maintained. The common spaces were welcoming and included an impressive trove of games. The outside grounds were well-groomed and ready for a nice sit or yard games. The room had lovely touches that complemented the historical architecture of the property.”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher……

“Room was clean. Floor tile was a bit worn in the sitting room. Didn’t use hot tub. French sourdough toast was good.”

“There was anything you might need. The room was very homey and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Yogurt with fresh berries, individual egg dishes, bacon, potatoes and toast with raspberry jam.”

“Misty Valley Inn was a nice property. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the man in the room next to us snored very loud all night and we could not sleep. It seems the Inn has encountered this before because they did provide ear plugs, sound machine, and the foam on the wall. Perhaps he was just abnormally loud.”

“Farshad’s breakfasts are legendary. Yum! We’ll be returning to this wonderful place.”
