When i arrived at room and turned on the lights i saw at least 15 small cockroaches run. We are completely disappointed and angry with this hotel's service, which demonstrates insecurity, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service. There were cockroaches throughout the room. The second evening, upon arriving after eigth hours out, we found our room opened. We complained to the front desk, and they simply said "Sorry" and blamed the cleaning staff. Atendentes ríspidos e mau humorados. Café da manhã era literalmente café. Depois que pedimos alguma comida, o atendente veio com 6 fatias de pão de forma e manteiga (éramos 3 pessoas). Todo o hotel tinha muito cheio de cigarro, não foi feita limpeza, troca de toalhas e retirada do lixo ao longo de 4 diárias.
