"Parking was a nightmare. There was a large lot, but it was always full. The breakfast room was not clean. Tables were not cleaned and floor not swept. Lobby nice looking, but furniture not comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. Room comfortable and clean."

"I was attending a track event at Gingerman Raceway and hotel location was convenient to the track and seemed popular with others track attendees. Good parking and great water pressure in the shower. Staff was very friendly."

"Host was excellent. Always quick to respond when we had a question. Location is great - walk across road to beach - 15 minutes in either direction to st. Joe or south haven. House was very clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Would definitely stay here again."

"Was very pleased with service given. Weekly and Susan were helpful and kind. Had issue with room being switch from 2 Queens to king when I requested disability. Went to wedding with son. But theu were kind enough to switch me to 2 queens nondisability on Labor day weekend. Gentlemen in breakfast room sweet . The company needs to do a little fixing around the room example chips in door of bathroom and iron after putting water in it for steam leaked all over. But other than that would return."

"The cottage was clean and supplied with everything you need. The beaches nearby were great! There is parking in front of the garage right next to the cottage. Quiet neighborhood and tree's to keep the place cool. We highly recommend this cottage . St Joe and South Haven were a lot of fun. We even drove to Shipshewanna for a day."

"The owners were great! Responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful. House was decent. In a great neighborhood and in a good area if you want to go to the lake. The only drawback was the cleanliness. A few miscellaneous stains on the sheets and on the towels. Other than that, it’s a great place."
