The staff was friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was great. Easy parking and plenty. I forgot some items there and was able to go back and pick them up a couple of days later. Pool and hot tub were great!

Nice clean property and rooms are a nice size. Best of all is the staff. Super friendly and helpful. I accidentally left a valuable and warm scarf in the room, I called them and they were incredibly helpful! They had my key waiting so I could go back in and look for it. The cleaning staff made sure I had success. Their helpfulness and communication within and with me was impressive!

Staff at check in was friendly and efficient- felt welcome and the process was quick. Our room was as expected - room clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom in good shape. Location was on the edge of Manitou Springs arqa of CO Springs, which made for convenient access to the places we planned to visit. The rooms arent completely soundproofed, could hear people both above and next to us with their TVs on- it wasnt quite loud enough to call the desk, but enough to be noticeable if you're sensitive to those things. Breakfast (included) was very busy but the persons working the breakfast room worked hard to keep up with everything while staying pleasant and friendly when answering requests. The hot breakfast items included eggs (scrambled or pre-made omelets deoending on day and time), sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, and pancakes. There was also yogurt, cereals, fruit (oranges, applss, and bananas), bagels, and bread. I didnt look for a toaster so unsure if there was one. All in all it was a good base for our outings and everyone we interacted with was nice and helpful.
