There was a grasshopper infestation! We stayed there for 6 days and not once did they come into the room and clean it and change the sheets and change the towels.

Only being able to check in after 3 ,then the clerks are changing shift just the wait the clerk coming was not very pleasant . the breakfast area was a mess someone seen to have spilled cereal all over and it appear no one bother to get it up. My sleep was fine.

The expedia site said the property was "pet friendly." When I arrived and stated I had a cat, they said no, I could not stay with a cat. They cancelled the reservation but I had to pay a cancelation fee.

After searching numerous hotels in the area, we found the Microtel Inn & Suites. The property was in a decent area. The hotel common areas and room were clean. Breakfast was served everyday. Nothing special but it did the job. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We always stay at this hotel when coming to Colorado Springs. It’s safe and convenient to I 25. The staff are super friendly! Breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable. It’s just south of Colorado Springs so more affordable. We enjoyed our stay as always!

I had good stay. It's by the freeway but it was quite in the room. Breakfast selection was excellent. Stuff were friendly. Not far from Downtown of Colorado Springs and Garden of God's. Felt safe to stay alone.
