Upon trying to confirm the reservation the front desk staff was very rude to my daughter and her friend. After changing the reservation to my name Steven tried to double charge me for the “food they might eat while there” a hundred and thirty extra after he said it would only be thirty…. Once my child was settled in Steven came banging on the door and told them if they didn’t leave he would call the police on them because I left them to go get things for NYE. My child spend three hundred dollars on this hotel room because of the unfriendly staff then still got kicked out less than an hour after they arrived. No refund no nothing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER RUDEST STAFF I’VE ENCOUNTERED

We had a great stay at this Residence Inn and were in easy driving distance of great shopping and the Colorado Springs Event Center. Residence Inn had friendly and efficient staff, a clean and modern suite and a very nice breakfast spread. 10/10 would stay again

Rooms were great but the breakfast was disappointing !! Ate breakfast there 2 mornings and they were always out of one of their food items. Rooms definitely 3 Star but have had better breakfasts in 2 Stars
